Hi Pam. Thanks for the shout. My husband I moved to South Charlotte last year after living in California for 18 years. I was born and raised in Philadelphia. He's British. We don't know anyone here, and love the idea of these meetups, so we could make some good friends, socialize, entertain, etc.. Please keep me posted on the next meeting. Hey Pam, You sound like just what I've wanted. My husband & I live in the Ballantyne area and would be glad to go to some meetings. We moved from Atlanta almost 3 yrs ago and it's been hard in this area. Everyone is so YOUNG!! ha ha. We are both 50 and would love to meet others. Thank you for your shout. Is that the right term?? I'm new to this internet talk.

Thanks for starting this meet up Pam and let me say Welcome to you and Tom to Charlotte. I've been here since 86. It has a lot to offer...am looking forward to this group getting up and running. I need it!!! LOL Pat
